PRESCHOOL PROGRAMMES
Like our individual therapy, our Preschool Programme, also based on the Principles of ABA, focuses on helping the child regulate his or her behaviour and develop independent skills in a group setting.
Simulating a preschool setting where "learning to learn" skills will be taught.
The children will learn to sit through Circle Time, Story Time,
activities on the table, as well as on the mat.
They will learn to follow instructions in a small group setting.
Literacy and Numeracy skills are broken down into simpler and smaller steps
for each child to learn at their own pace.
For 3 to 6 years old
Mondays to Fridays
9 am to 12 pm
Two times to five times a week available
Our Preschool Programme is held at our centre as well as at a mainstream preschool near us.

A collaboration between The Colourful Mind & Bright Beginnings Learning Centre in creating an integrated preschool programme for children with special needs in a mainstream school.
In helping children with needs to better adjust to a mainstream school, The Colourful Mind Preschool class will be conducted at Bright Beginnings's premises to facilitate integration.
Individual educational plans will be created for each child. Focusing on school readiness skills like being able to sit through activities and follow group instructions.
Literacy and Numeracy skills will be broken down to simpler steps for each child to learn at his/her own pace.
With the integration, there will be more opportunities for social interaction and social communication skills will be worked on and practised.
